We left the room and drove up to Dion and from there to the church of St. Constantine. Just above after a short path we visited Ourlias stream with its beautiful waterfall and pond.

We Continued until Platamonas and visited the castle, which we see every time while driving but never visited it. There was not something special, more worth the view of the coast of Pieria from the hill.

the visit to the restored mountain village of Old Panteleimonas is a must. Fortunately it was Monday and the crowd was minimal. Food in the tavern in the square opposite the church and drove back to Athens.
