This day we walked around Arequipa. We went to Monasterio de Santa Catalina, a large monastery where rich nuns lived. Inside the monastery there were streets with names, houses with living rooms, cuisines and bedrooms, no like cells. The walls were painted with green and red colors. We walked around for two hours and then we went to the central square Plaza de Armas.
We returned at the hotel, took a taxi to the bus terminal. Unfortunately, there were not available tourist and modern buses. So we took a local bus of the best local company, Flores. The bus was small, dirty, the passengers were only locals, some of them were eating fried fishes and the bus was smelling. We started at 14:00 and arrived at Puno at 20:00. During the travel we watched two movies with Spanish prisoners. we went directly with a taxi to hotel Punuypampa Inn and got a suite room with 35 euros for a night. Then we walked along the central pedestrian street and had dinner at Ukukus, pastas and pizza.
