From Argentina to Peru

This day is all about trip. After breakfast we went by a mini bus to the airport of Iguazu. From there, after two hours flight, we arrived back in Buenos Aires. But this time we had to go from the airport for domestic flights to the international (Ezeiza), in order to get the flight to Peru. With a private coach we arrived after 1:30 hours to Ezeiza airport. We spent the time for the last minute shopping in Argentina. We took the flight for Lima at 19:55 in the evening. We arrived at 23:30 and got the car from the hotel we had already arranged.

Along the road from the airport to our hotel we saw a city particularly covered by fog, especially around the location of our hotel (Miraflores), which is near the Pacific Ocean. This is a natural phenomenon that we already knew, but it was more impressive to see by your own eyes. In Lima it never rains! The city is covered by a gray veil of moisture. This is a local climatic phenomenon that brings Pacific moisture trapped while encountering the Andes.

We looked forward to see this phenomenon in the light of day, and the Pacific Ocean... We arrived at the hotel ĢEl Ducatoģ in Miraflores, and we had no appetite for anything except to sleep after a full day of transition from Argentina to Peru.
